It should also not assume that use of MGT-7A removes every certification or professional documentation consideration.\r\n

What does ICSI say about MCA V3?<\/h2>\r\nThe ICSI advisory dated 24 December 2025 notes that MGT-8 certification has been integrated into MGT-7, while MGT-7A does not presently contain a designated field for MGT-8 certification where applicable.\r\n\r\nThe advisory recommends that practising professionals continue to prepare certification on the letterhead of a Peer Reviewed Practice Unit, generate UDIN under the Institute's guidelines and attach it as an optional attachment to MGT-7 and MGT-7A wherever applicable, pending clarification or rules from MCA.\r\n\r\nThis is professional guidance, not a blanket statutory instruction for every OPC or small company.\r\n
